You can find a listing of state profiles that contain info on each state's Node platform on the progress page of the Network website at http://www.exchangenetwork.net/progress/index.htm. Click on state profiles and look for the link to download the info as an Excel spreadsheet. This is probably the best place to start. I'll also email you a copy of the spreadsheet.
